JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks include investigating children's needs for support or protection or following up on placements and interventions regarding children and youth based on current legislation.

We actively work with competence-enhancing measures for the unit. We are facing an exciting time with new upcoming legislation, and with that, we also need to find new ways of working. There is an investment to expand our open care, and we have started an important collaboration with primary schools and student health services. We offer employees external process guidance.

The position currently includes on-call duty after office hours according to a schedule. We apply flexible working hours and offer the possibility of remote work 2 days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a social worker with a completed social work degree. More than 5 years of experience in public authority work concerning children and youth is an advantage. You should have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. We will place great importance on your personal suitability and your personal qualities such as flexibility, collaboration, and initiative. A driver's license (B) is required.
